1. Acceptable Returns, Exchanges and refund requests
- Packages lost in transit – the claims must be submitted within 14 days after the estimated delivery date, Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
- Misprinted/damaged/defective items – items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
- Wrong size items – the size tag on the product/package does not match the order.
2. Unacceptable returns, exchanges and refund requests
- Non-obvious color difference – Camo Colors use different processes to print designs. The final products may have color difference with mockup, therefore Camo Colors reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
- Wrong shipping address – Camo Colors do not refund/exchanges/re-ship for the order if the shipping address is incorrect.
- The size doesn’t fit – Camo Colors do not refund/exchange/accept returns if the size doesn’t fit, You need to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
